You get a 7-day grace period after expiration. During this time, you can still view all data but cannot add new borrowers, loans, or users. After the grace period, these features remain locked until you renew. Your data is never deleted.

You can upgrade your plan at any time and get immediate access to new features. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period to ensure uninterrupted service.

We accept GCash, Maya, Visa, Mastercard, QRPH, and bank transfers via PayMongo. After selecting your plan, you'll be redirected to a secure checkout page. Once payment is confirmed, your subscription is activated automatically.

Each plan has limits for users, borrowers, loans, payments, savings accounts, deposits, and withdrawals. When you reach any limit, you'll be prompted to upgrade. Your existing data remains safe and fully accessible - you just can't add new entries for that category until you upgrade.
